With 20 years of field experience of which 15 years has been spent in a leadership role she shares extensive, diverse experience with proven outcomes in managing multiple modalities, overseeing operations, business strategy, quality and compliance, and increasing revenue while providing evidence-based treatment. She is highly proficient in developing patient and team outcomes resulting in sustainable growth and profitability. Additionally, she is an LMHC in the state of Massachusetts. Lastly and most importantly she is solution-focused, mission driven, and cultivates a positive workplace culture.
